Our principals bring 30-plus years of combined U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force service, including leadership of large-scale defense programs at a top-three prime contractor — owning roughly $100M of direct scope within a ~$900M portfolio as a Control Account Manager and Senior Program Operations Manager.

Our reference platform is an M3 Ultra Mac Studio with 512GB of unified memory, running large language models through Apple MLX with no cloud dependency. The result is a capable, cost-controlled AI environment that can operate fully air-gapped — your data never leaves your control.
Proven delivery
We have already delivered self-hosted infrastructure in production. For a small-business client, we designed and deployed a fully self-hosted electronic document-signing stack (OpenSign) — giving the client complete data ownership and eliminating recurring SaaS subscription costs, with server configuration, user onboarding, workflow integration, and training all handled in-house.
